Lauren and Dylan's Tooleybuc Wedding | Albury Wodonga Wedding Photographer

Lauren and Dylan were married at the start of 2018 and is still one of my favourite wedding photo sets! There was something so magical about the entire day, perhaps it was the location or the small, intimate gathering, but whenever I look back on these photos I remember the day and smile.

This was my first Tooleybuc Wedding and I must say, I got a bit confused finding the wedding venue (despite it being a fairly small town!). The pair were married at Tooleybuc River Retreat and I highly recommend it! Tooleybuc River Retreat is right on the river and offers a good number of self-contained cabins. It is run by the Tooleybuc Sporting Club (which is just a short walk down along the river) and more information can be found here on their website.

Lauren and Dylan's wedding had a very relaxed atmosphere that they shared with their family and close friends, including their two children and their fur baby. Their whole day was super cruisey, with Lauren getting her make-up done in town and then her hair completed by a friend. Bride, groom and guests stayed at the cabins and a motel in town (all within walking distance).

The Tooleybuc River Retreat is located on a bend of the Murray River. This made the banks, overlooking the river, the perfect place for the couple's ceremony. They were married by the lovely Carolyn (from Creating Magical Ceremonies - Carolyn Harrop).

We then had a wonderful time walking up and down the river to find places for photos (which happened about every five steps!). I also got to take a few more fur baby photos which made me super happy!

During our photography time we found a bit of rain at the end of our session, before the skies cleared and formed a beautiful wedding.

Lauren and Dylan had set-up some tents and large decoration lights for their reception which was catered for by the Tooleybuc Sporting Club.
