TOWNSVILLE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

It was now over eight years ago that I ventured into the wedding photography field and have loved every second of it! In this time I have been lucky to take wedding photos in Victoria from Swan Hill to Bendigo to Albury/Wodonga and am now excited to offer my wedding photography services to sunny North Queensland including Townsville, Cairns, and surrounds.

Over the years I have developed my own style and found I like to capture your love story in a natural manner so your photos truly tell the story of your wonderful wedding day! I always aim to provide a fun approach to your wedding photography to help you get the best images while enjoying your day. This includes both a documentary style approach for some parts of your day (e.g. candid photos) and a slightly more directed approach at other times to ensure you get those beautiful wedding photos to hang on your wall. My direction could include suggesting where to stand in locations that are best for lighting or how to pose so that you feel comfortable.

I offer affordable, value-packed wedding photography packages that fit a variety of budgets. You will find both half day and full day coverage options to cater to your different needs and payment plans to help you get the wedding photos you love. Although I am a wedding photographer based in Townsville, I am more than happy to travel to capture your love stories including further up the coast to Cairns and Port Douglas, down to Ayr, Airlie Beach or Mackay or inland. I love a good adventure so please get in touch for a quote if you wedding location is outside of Townsville! I also offer wedding photography for destination weddings in Far North Queensland along with wedding photography and film for elopements.

Now for the important question, what sets me a part from other wedding photographers? Other than the obvious (my photography style and love of cats), it is that the experience I offer is 'not so bad'. Yep, a compliment I regularly receive is 'that wasn't so bad'...I am not sure what that suggests about photography as a whole for some of the people that give me this feedback, however I like to reflect on it through a lens of what it says about my approach to picture taking. I like to think I offer a laid-back, stress free service (as weddings are complicated enough) with a couple of bad jokes thrown in for good measure. I like to be productive and get things done so you can spend time with your friends and family while also assuring you have beautiful photos to print and remind you of your day. I like to think I am patient, flexible, reliable, and generally easy to get  along with,  after all I am pretty much a third wheel for your entire day!
